Since we provide digital services and wallet top-ups, refunds are only processed if a transaction fails at the gateway level but the amount gets deducted from your bank. In such cases, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Successful wallet loads and processed digital applications are Non-Refundable.
